Discovery Foods is a family-owned business based in Tampa, Florida, founded by Chef Franco and his wife Francesca in 1994. Chef Franco has a life-long heritage dedicated to the business of making people happy with food. He prefers to be "judged and recognized for the authenticity and originality" of his food products.

The fame of Chef Franco's Grissini, baked daily in the Italian ovens of Discovery Foods, has spread far and wide. They appear on the tables of fine dining establishments throughout the United States: The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, The Marriott World Center, The Frand Hyatt Tampa Bay, The Don Cesar Hotel, The Renaissance Vinoy, The Colony Resort and Cafe L'Europe.

Today, Discovery Foods is excited to offer all three flavors of their Grissini, in two convenient sizes as a gourmet food gift. And, our chef is already looking ahead, hoping that gourmet food retailers will distribute their very special Italian-style breadsticks in stores nationwide.
